Booking & Deposits
A 25% deposit of the total invoice is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before event: Refund of remaining balance (deposit non-refundable)
- 14-29 days before event: 50% refund of remaining balance
- Within 14 days: No refund (ingredients ordered, preparation begun)
Guest Count & Menu Changes
Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event. Increases in guest count after this date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Service Area
We serve Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius. Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations.
Liability
A Thyme to Celebrate Catering is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from undisclosed food allergies or improper food storage by the client after delivery.
